Got 265 questions for NCLEX-RN

Iam so sad. I got 265 questions and I think I failed. 😕😞 Is anybody here got 265 questions and still pass? Im worried. It was a tortured exam.

I got 265 too today. According to Kaplan if your last question was a Higher level of question its either you answered it right or wrong you will Pass. But if the last question was Low level of question even if you answered it correctly it means you failed. How was your exam?

I got a lot of ecgs, prioritization, meds and some SATA. Mostly prioritization and infection control. í ½í¸• I have SATA at probably 261 and 262 but went to easy questions until 265 so I think Thats not good. How about you

The number of questions you received has no bearing on whether you passed or failed. OF COURSE people have passed with that number, and every single number from the minimum to the maximum. And failed with the same. Depends on the person taking the test.

SATA questions mean nothing; the format type does not indicate higher or lower level questioning. Nor can anyone really know if ANY question is "higher" or "lower" when it comes to the passing standard. Frankly it's a waste of time to focus on what 'level' you think a question is: just do your best to answer it :)

I got the full 265 too! Just took it yesterday so I'm impatiently awaiting the results, trying not to freak out!! (Easier said than done!). My exam was set up very similar to yours also, kdm112990 . I'll keep my fingers crossed for you! Please update as soon as you know!!

I got lots of ECGs, SATA, Prioritization, Drag and Drop and Exhibit. I dont have computations. I think i got 8 ECG questions which made me freak out. My last question was SATA regarding Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Good luck to both of us.

I think I had SATA about that too at the near end of 265. That exam was horrible. í ½í¸•í ½í¸”

I got 265 and passed over a year ago. The exam is torture no matter how many you get and everyone thinks that they failed.
