My hands are so cracked and chapped from constant handwashing it's ridiculous. I've tried Eucerin, vaseline, Nivea, Gold Bond; basically the entire Walmart selection. Does anyone have anything that works particularly well? I'm prepared to order off the internet if need be!
Okay, I know two products which will give you the most beautiful hands ever!
L'Occitane shea hand cream and One Minute Manicure scrub.
Seriously, I stock cans at night pt and it's the only thing that keeps my hands from getting dry, chapped, and cracked. And I'm 20.

Just buy the smaller versions of the products; a little really does go a long way :)
Everyone working in my facility uses CUREL Itch Defense. It's known as the "good" lotion. It's approved for Eczema skin, meaning dry skin that normal lotions don't relieve. http://www.curel.com/products/itch-defense.aspx
It's only $5-$8 depending on the size.
I absolutely love Aveda's hand relief cream. It is not greasy and is the most soothing hand cream I have ever used. It does have an herby type smell which I love.

Not from personal experience, but +1 for Corn Huskers lotion. My brother used to unload packages for FedEx Ground and in the winter, his hands were always dry & cracked and just looked painful. My mom put a bottle of Corn Huskers in his stocking one year and his hands looked a million times better, after a very short time of using it.
Personally speaking, I haven't found a holy grail lotion. I've discovered that it's more important when & how often you moisturize; than what you use. When I'm at home, every time I wash my hands, I put lotion on. When I'm at work, I'll use the work approved/provided lotion each time I was my hands. I always use something thick (like Gold Bond) before bed.
I have used Cetephil lotion. Its all the regular retail stores. It has been the best. I have eczema and it started to clear that up as well. And we have that horrible hand sanitizer at work that dries up your hands so bad they start to have cracks and red rashes. i put the cetephil on and it takes away the dry skin in a couple of days!
