going rate of pay for dialysis nurses

I know that in Indiana they pay at least $12.00/hr for dialysis techs. I would say it is at least $22.00/hr for nurses. I am a former dialysis tech and I loved it! I only quit because we moved.

It varies A LOT by region, so it does make a difference.

Rates from state to state can range from $10-$20 per hour difference, so regions would make a difference to determine amounts.

Also, pay rates between chronic HD nurses and acute HD nurses differ.

I'll echo what others have said.

Impossible to give you a "ballpark" figure.

Too many variables not only by region but by employer, individual experience, and work setting/expertise.

In the Northeast, my nurses are making $36 - $38+/hr. See there is a major difference in regions of the United States.
