Jan 26 Welcome - I founded this group but our small Psych facility got swamped with Covid and Staff is down 23% but the patients still keep coming. Right now trying to stay healthy, eat right sleep when I can and start each day with a gentle stretch routine. I lso got my first dose of the moderna vaccine two weeks ago will be getting the 2nd in early February. Hppy 4 Likes

No real side effect other than those I had with other vaccines. The Pharmacist in our facility advised to take Tylenol about 1 hour prior to getting the shot which I did. Shot itself was painless. Towards evening I ran a very slight temp and mild soreness in my arm. Next day my arm was pretty painful and I took a combination of Tylenol and ibuprophen.
