GNs/NEW RN's-- How much $$ are you getting per hour?

Just curious to you GNs and new RN's out there.. how much money per hour did your facility start you at, and what department do you work in? Any sign on bonuses?:confused:

hi working in a small local ER

base is 20

shift diff is 1.50

3000 sign on for one year commitment

10,000 student loan payback for 3 year commitment

wow...i feel a bit short changed here in indiana. I will get $17 dollars an hour with $15,000 education reimbursement. I guess I have to take account cost of living on the east coast, huh?!? I still have another year before I will be making that though. :)

Vegas- $25 to start w/shift differential:

3-11pm $1.25

11pm-7am $2.00

Weekend diff. $5.00

$5,200 tuition reimbursement per year for full time after 6months

1.75- evening and weekends
