Gloucester County College Nursing Fall 2011 Hopefuls?

Published

Hi everyone!

Thought I could start this thread for anyone that is applying to the GCC Nursing Program this spring? I'm just getting my portfolio organized and prepared. I have to take the HESI one more time on Feb 24th and attend an info session on Feb 28th and I'm all set. I'm so nervous! But, I'm going to try to be optimistic. I look forward to hearing from you guys :) Take Care~

Ok. Thanks ctine, i was a little worried about that. :)

HI everyone!! I have been accepted to the nursing program also

Oh a new member! Awesome :) Glad, it's great that you've been accepted!

What were your HESI scores? I want to see what the pool was like. Also, when dd you make your appointment for registration? Mine is April 26th 1045am. Good luck! And it's going to be an exciting journey together!

I went to Glassboro too! :)

Why did they give me two copies??? Aggh! I'll find out on Friday!

Hi Glad

Welcome to the group! Are you as excited as we are?

I'm hoping my CPR teacher will do the professional bridge class.... I emailed him about it, but he's making me nervous. I see there are only 3 spots left at the continuing education center, maybe if worst comes to worst I'll just have to get certified through red cross. Good luck to everyone!

If I read it correctly (and after I already registered at GCC) Cooper has the class and charges $65!

Kennedy has a class as well...$65

Kennedy and Cooper both have a CPR class? I'll look into that. Thanks guys! :)

That's great! For me kennedy is doable, so I might consider that if my CPR teacher is unable to do the bridge. Kennedy looks a lot cheaper than the continuing education. Thanks guys!

i also see that underwood has classes too. But, I think i will stick to kennedy as my backup

i'm not sure about the fee for underwood but it says it's only an hour in duration. May consider that also.
