Which study guides? Maybe if you post which courses you need them for someone may be able to recommend a book instead and you can try half.com??
I have TCN study guides and it's just like learning from a book just more concise. Maybe there are some interactive CDs out there that could help you?
IMHO if you are going to go with a publisher I would go with studygroup101. They produce really great guides, at a great price. I would say however that they need to work on some of the simple typos (like form for from), and do better with the practice tests b/c some of the question repeat a lot, and I've seen some of the same questios in the yahoo groups (with incorrect answers).
But over all I think that you get the most bang for your buck with them, and they are NOT just notes.
Here is their eBay Store: http://stores.ebay.com/My-StudyGroup-101
I personally do have books :
An old pharm which I DON'T use
I had an old FON, but getting a new one today, since the old one gotten stolen (long story)
An old Study Guide companion to FON (great for "homework", to break from real studying)
An old Wong Peds which I DON'T use
Saunder's Comprehensive NClex RN (somewhat helpful for NC1, but more helpful for the rest)
And that's it.
how does this work? is it like a cd or book that they send you or do you get something via email. i have my last test coming up and don't have time to lisa arends cd here. so if this is something that can be done by email...great..
you get it within a couple of hours of purchase by email. they're really good.
:bugeyes:They did send me the guides wanted. How great. Did anyone have any problems with the flash cards for NC1...I believe that is the one. I am not working on that one yet, but I just wanted to check them out before I leave feedback. It is the only section that looks like this : H

!
and it is for the whole file. I probably need to check it out on my desk top...my lap top may be acting up. I just thought if you guys have any trouble shooting tips...I would try it. I know I could email the seller, but if it is something I can do...I don't want to appear to crazy. LOL! Thanks and Happy New Year and studies to all! Traci:bugeyes:

I have tried bidding on College Network Study Guides and having no luck on EBAY. I keep getting out bid.
I really think I need these study guides, as I am not a good book learner. Is there anywhere else that I can get them cheaper?? Thanks so much!
