Georgia Nursing Students Applying for Fall 2014

I have my options open as far as which school I want to go to for my BSN. I am currently at KSU, and it is great here! I want to stay, but it is SO competitive. I am also going to apply to:

1. Mercer

2. Georgia Southern

3. Armstrong

Is anyone here also applying for these schools? Have you previously applied to these schools, and got in? I have no idea where I stand, even for Kennesaw. I just emailed my advisor.. so hopefully she can shed some light for me.

Like everyone, I am nervous about getting accepted. I took my first TEAS today and my adjusted score was 81.3%:woot:. I was surprised considering I didn't study very much.

So basically, I just want to know where I stand for these schoools!

No, I know they only allow one retake though. She told me not to bother retaking cause I was already very competitive. That whole process was stressful, so I heeded her advice, haha.

I just finished Micro. Much easier than A&P 2, for sure. It was a nice breather.

Yours is a LOT better than mines. I scored a 76 on the Teas and 3.4 program gpa and retaking AP 2. I don't think ill get in with these stats.

I go to Kennesaw State currently. I am hoping to get into their program, but I also applied to Georgia Regents University!

Isn't gru at uga in Athens? Though they just changed the name 3 times in 3 years, haha.

GRU has an Athens campus, but it only takes 30ish students compared to the 150ish in Augusta! The Athens campus doesn't really affiliate with UGA and they don't usually place UGA students in the Athens campus.

Im applying to Gwinnett Technical College (dont need chem so its first possible choice). I have a 4.0 cumulative and take my Kaplan in March. letters go out mid April. Hope everyone makes it!!!

That seems so crazy to me, considering uga's size and popularity, jeez.
