Georgia Highlands College Fall 2011

Hello everyone. I just applied for admissions for the fall 2011 program a couple weeks ago.

Has anyone esle applied as well? If so what is your GPA and ACT score if you don't mind me asking.

My gpa is a 3.0, or higher because I have grades that have not posted, and I took the ACT over 13 years ago with a score of 18.

Congratulations to the ones that got in and I am sorry for the ones that did not . Don't give up. We all deserve to follow our dreams. God has a plan for each one of us and your time might be Spring so don't give up and good luck.

Roxy02 and candygirl2011 I really hope things work out for both of y'all today. I can understand your frustration because it's one thing not to get in if your score was not high enough or if you didn't have everything but to not get in because your paper work was misplace is a totally different thing. Continue to call the school today. Hopefully I will see good news posted here from y'all today. Keep your head up and keep fighting.

Unfortunately they pretty much said I'm not accepted that I should have made sure that they received it. I called ATI again today and they said that they are 100% sure it was sent to them on march 10th. That highlands needs to call their account mgr at ATI. All I can think of is that they deleted it and now I'm suffering because of it.

Roxy02 i'm really sorry to hear that. But don't give up. I would suggest to reapply early and ask the nursing department who will be collecting all the information for your folder. Stay in contact with that person and that why if you are missing anything they should be able to tell you before the deadline. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

They have EVERYTHING they need. They lost my scores... I don't think I should even have to reapply.

I got put on the waiting list. The lady that I spoke with keeps trying to reassure me i'm going to get in 1 way or another but something in writing would make me feel better.

Congrats! I'm sure you will get in... Not everyone accepts their letter. Good luck!!! I'm still trying to get them to call their ATI acct manager... I'm sure they won't though.

Thanks Roxy02. If I couldn't get someone from GHC to call the ATI Manager, I would try to get the ATI Manager to call or at least email the contact person at GHC. Don't give up & Good Luck!!!!!
