Hey Guys! I wanted to start at threat for those who have applied or been accepted to Georgia Baptist College of Nursing for 2015. I applied in October and was accepted last week. The reason I heard back so soon is because I have completed all of my prerequisite classes. Has anyone else applied or heard a response yet? If you all don't mind we could share our stats as well (Teas and GPA) that would be helpful to others viewing the thread. I applied with a 3.6 and a C on my teas. I was afraid that I was going to be denied but I think my essay helped out a ton. I was going to retake a class or my teas but they accepted me before I had to go through all of that. I hope to hear back from you all as we begin this process together. Thank you all so much and good luck to everyone.

It took me two weeks to get everything in and it also took my check a week to get there, which im not sure why? But I got my acceptance letter 5 days after they received my payment. How long ago did you apply?

Hahah I started my application about a week ago, and finished it yesterday when they received my check. My adviser said my file is now complete and will be reviewed for admission. I just hate waiting lol.

Teas- 80.7

Transfer gpa- 3.62

Science- 3.13

I am in AP II now and need to take public speaking.

Well, It looks like I will be waiting a bit longer. They want to wait till my midterm grades post to make a decision. A little disappointed, however at least it wasn't a no. Now to crack down and focus on my current classes! Good Luck everyone!!

hi guys! I'm applying to Mercer as well, just submitted my app, essay, and TEAS score today. mailing my money order in later on today as well! I've also applied to Kennesaw State. :)

Hi! I'm Christsha and I was accepted as well! I didn't calculate my GPA but i made a 76 on the TEAS. I'm transferring from UGA and i didn't want to have to apply to schools and then have to apply to their nursing program so i only applied to GBCON and georgia regents nursing program, so I'm very excited to start in the fall! Im still working on my pre-req (A&P 2, Micro, Religion & Nutrition) but will be done by the summer. I can't wait to meet you all at orientation or in the fall!
