Hello everyone,
Anyone else applied the Bridge 2021 at George Brown or Centennial?
want to wait for offers with me?
I am wondering if I can hear from past students at either of these two school about their experiences?
When did offers come out? hard to get into? They are both listed as noncompetitive?
Did you like the program? I heard these schools are not really self-directed like McMaster programs, care to share your thoughts?
Thanks in advance.

Nope. centennial never even answered my email LOL. I hear that is normal for them and they don't respond to people often.LOL.
I don't know what 3.0 is as a percentage? 80% maybe?

I believe a 3.0 is a 75. my GPA currently is a 3.86 and from what I calculated that's somewhere between an 85-87.

hi mom torn!! No no reply yet LOL but I'm also still waiting for my school to send the CNO my info so I can register for the exam ? If you are worried about getting in for September you should change your start date to January or may 2022, if the school you want offers that! Less people apply in the January and may semesters so the applicant pool is smaller ?

Just received an email from an admission officer at Centennial for those who applied there... turns out you have to wait until you get your CPNRE results for an offer of admission ? I thought they would at least give out a conditional offer if you were registered to write it! So I'm not holding my breath any longer until I write my exam LOL The admission officer said there will still be spots in the January and May program by the time we get our results in June/July if we are writing in June.
Just received a response as well from Centennial College today saying I am waitlisted. I sent them my Proof of Registration with the CNO but I don't think they updated it. They now told me to send one through OCAS. Am I the only one having difficulty figuring out who their Admissions Advisor is? The contact centre gave me three different names this time now.

Hi there! I was in contact with someone a few months ago named *****. And someone band ****** contacted me today and said to email ****** the proof of CNO registration and to also upload it to OCAS. I find all schools no matter what place it is you can’t get a straight answer from one person. Very annoying.
if you don’t mind me asking what was your GPA? Maybe try switching your application to January 2022 or may 2022 if you are interested in the flex or hybrid options. A few admissions officers told me the applicant pool was smaller for those cohorts so there is a more likely chance of getting in. You can switch it for no extra charge on the OCAS portal
My GPA was 3.5. I'm hoping it's just the CNO registration that they waiting for/need. I agree, I understand that they likely closed a lot of departments due to this pandemic, but there should be someone to directly help us out.
Do they have a January or May intake? I remember looking for one for this year but I didn't see any. I'll have to apply for those intake then I guess. How's your application coming along? Any news?
Hello again! ?
Ahh I see. I am finishing up my last semester at George Brown College right now and will write my CPNRE in June so they said they can't give me an answer until I pass the licensing exam which I totally understand. My impression was if you are registered to write the exam you could potentially get an offer. My GPA as of right now is a 3.86 so I'm hoping the applicant pool won't be as competitive for the programs I applied too. I applied to the hybrid programs starting in January and May 2022 and the flex program in January 2022 all at Centennial. I know the hybrid program (the part time one, over 6 continuous semesters) has three start dates, September, January and May, and the January and May 2022 intake is still open and not on waitlist as of right now!
