Hello everyone,
Anyone else applied the Bridge 2021 at George Brown or Centennial?
want to wait for offers with me?
I am wondering if I can hear from past students at either of these two school about their experiences?
When did offers come out? hard to get into? They are both listed as noncompetitive?
Did you like the program? I heard these schools are not really self-directed like McMaster programs, care to share your thoughts?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks!!~ I hope you get into the program of your choice! The struggle is real. I finished the RPN program like three years ago... Its so hard to get into bridging program here in Ontario ?
really?? what schools did you apply? Is it because of the casper you haven't gotten in? may I ask your average?

I went to Centennial, my cGPA is 3.5 (Centennial's scale is 4.5) . I was in the centennial bridging program but without going into to much details, I lost my seat because I didn't finish the program within the two year required time. I tried getting to Mohawk but I don't have university English or math... I am only trying GBC this year since they lifted that rule that you needed to have all your courses above a B.

Oh does it have to be university courses. I thought they accept the high school grades. How has working as an Rpn been for you

The Mohawk/McMaster program recently changed their admission requirements about two years ago, so you need to be a licensed RPN, a 3.5 GPA or above and 12U math (any of the 3 math courses) and 12U English. I had to take a 12U math online to fulfill the requirements but never applied because I decided I didn’t want to go back full time. I’m now applying to the centennial/ryerson part time bridging program.

Hi! Yes, so centennial has two different options for part time they have a 3 semester part time which is called their “Flex” program, and they had a “hybrid” which is 6 semesters consecutively. If you do the full time or flex bridging at centennial, you have the option to do part time or full time at ryerson. If you do the hybrid program you can only do part time at ryerson. You do the first few semesters at centennial and then the rest at ryerson. But you just have to have a competitive average in the centennial courses because acceptance to ryerson is not guaranteed. It’s a little confusing but their website lays it out nicely.
