that sounds like a homework assn. in fact, the wording sounds exactly like a homework assn, 'primary source country', 'enumerate', etc.

Are they in demand? I know nurses in general are in demand.
They are taking advantage of that demand for nurses, not only in the USA but abroad and in places like the Saudi Arabia. I'm not sure that they particularly are in demand, but the fact they are educated with such high standards as to pass NCLEX, makes them marketable in the USA and elsewhere.
I think as was stated above, their excellent command of language and their high standards in education make them desirable.
