There is a light at the end of the tunnel, my final is a week from today! I told my dh that the day after my final, I'm going to do NOTHING. Despite the fact that my house desperately needs cleaning, I'm going to take a day and do whatever I want . . . probably stay in my pjs all day, lay around, read, watch tv. The kids will be in school most of the day. I can't WAIT.
LOL of course the next day the cleaning frenzy will begin, I hope to have the house spotless and organized by Christmas.
After finals.......I will purposefully stop by the liquor store, buy a 5th of 151, a 2 liter of diet coke, go home, watch Clark Grizwold string his Xmas lights all over his house, watch cousin Eddie empty the crapper in the sewer drain, and drink til my hearts' content. :beer::beer:
Be nervous probably wondering how I did until the grades are released! Hah, but I will be excited to have a month off. I plan on looking for a job, but I'm not sure if I'd be able to handle working along with school. Sucks cause I really need money.
Today is my day after finals. But like any other day, I was up at 4am working (I work from home on the PC for the company I work for). Good thing is I was able to work straight through until 10am (I need 6 hrs a day) and I am done w/work for the day..WAAAHOOO. I had planned on running out to start/finish my Christmas shopping but the DH told me this AM that the plumber would be here at 9am to do the heating hookup for the basement...uggghh..which means I have to stay here until he's done..mid afternoon.
I have a ton of reading to do for the start of the new Mod (like a semester) on Monday, I have the homework they gave us that is also due monday, I did it but now I have to copy my answers onto the answer sheet. I need to grocery shop, do laundry and straighten up the house today.
so basically the day after finals for me is no different than the month before, or the day before :angryfire
I am so looking forward to the Friday before Christmas..we get December 22-Jan 1 off!! And I have NOTHING planned..I plan on doing whatever the heck I want. Of course the kids will be home but I don't have to head to school or clinicals and I don't have to worry about homework, reading or tests!!
I will be preparing for my spring dosage and solution test, HESI test that I have to retake (BLAH), and hoping to do some wedding planning as my mom and grandmother have done just about everything. I'm sure there will be some sleep in days and lazy days in front of the tely.:monkeydance:
lol well my house surely needs cleaning - but i'm going to do that the day after the day after finals. i'm sure *that* made sense. i'm soooo tired! three more days!
