I just weighed myself, I'm at 135 lbs. I'm only 5'3" so that's a lot for me. I just want to get down to 120-125 lbs. I am not going to restrict myself to much food wise. I am going just make healthier food choses. Like trimming fat off of meats, getting low fat dairy products, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, etc. My main goal is to try to exercise 5-6 times a week. Here's my tip of the day for exercise - lift weights! It's what helped me go down 4 sizes without having to starve myself. Rhona, or anyone else, what are you trying to do to lose weight and what did you do to cheat?
I am working with a low cal diet somewhat simial to the old weight watchers program.Its what I liked the best. I do aerobics with Richard every day. I had snacks last night after dinner..egads. I also ate a little too much pasta. I was origionally doing a high protien Atkins thing but to be honest it is so limiting and I don't love meat that much. So I am back to my low fat, some carbs way and we'll see how it goes.
Scale says 168. My goal 145! I'm 5'6". I have lost 20 lbs in 2 years just watching what I eat, of course as you all can see I have not been "watching very closely" or I would have lost more:)
I try to go to the gym at least 4 times a week. I'll have to see how I will be able to do that once I start school.

I'm also trying to figure out how I will be able to go to the gym when I start school. I have classes all morning Monday to Thursday and every other Friday. Then DH has to be at work by 1 pm. By the time he gets off work the gym is closed. I may have to learn to get up at the crack of dawn.

I'm not really sure what I weigh...DH won't let me weigh myself till September...He actually hid the scale on me! . I must admit though, I am a real scale junkie!
Anyway...I started out at 198 on my scale...I would love to be 145 but would be happy with 150-155. I've been exercizing 3x/wk on our bowflex and I'm beginning to feel better about it. I've been exercizing for about 3 weeks now...so I hope I'll see some results soon!

Hi everyone. I think it is best to keep this on our bb. As it may get lost on the off topic bb. things fly by so fast over there
So I had a cheat day yesterday. I am back on track again today. My cheat wasn't too serious but it still was. Sometimes it is just so hard. Anyways I have 10 pounds off so far. My goal weight is 150lbs. I try to exercise every day. I haven't done anything yet but today isn't over yet. How is everyone else doing?
