Hi guys. My insomnia is kicking in again. Sorry. I just want to thank you for all your prayers and support. It is only because of your support that I've been able to get this far. I'm scared, cofused and hurt. And if I feel this bad,I can't imagine what my mom is going through. I just wish I could be a stronger person thru this. All of you are incredibly special to me,and I thank God for you every day. Keep us close to your hearts. I love you all. Warrior Woman.

Know that you are close. In prayers and all...
Remember that the Lord is your salvation thru all this. Read His Words...they can be very comforting...

My goodness, Theresa! What have you tried for sleep? Warm bath, warm milk, low lights (maybe candlelight to bathe by), valerian root or Benadryl before bed, a nice cool bedroom, no nightclothes to get tangled up in, maybe some realxing music turned low, set to turn itself off?
Bless your heart-one thing leads to another, doesn't it? Just try to rest, if nothing else. It sure beats being up and about, and sometimes when you promise yourself that you are just going to rest, you slide off into dreamland!
Take good care,
