I am taking three class this semester (not including the labs) Beginning Assesment Skills, Fundamental Nursing Skills, and Therory-Based Nursing Practice. I am in a BSN program. A lot of my friends are in a ASN and are only taking two classes. How many are you taking (just including nursing classes)

in the fall i'm taking these courses so ... looks like 5 courses, 2 labs and clinicals:

nursing applications i (and lab)

nursing foundations ii

intro. to pharmacology

human reponses i

health assessment (and lab)

nursing practice i

i am gong into my 2nd semester in an ADN program . lec is thurs & fri, 3 hrs each day. there is 3 hr skills lab after lec on fri. then mon & tues we have 6 hrs of clinical each day. lecture this semester will focus on the disease process of each body system, so we will go thru each system, review the A&P then learn their various disease states. plus we get to put in IV's and insert NG tubes. yay, i love veins!!!

Intro. to Professional Nursing

So, I will have class/lecture/lab on Mon. and Tues....and clinicals on Wed. and Thursday's.:)

T & W are clinicals from 0630-1230.

I already have a bachelor's, so all my other coursework is complete, thank heavens as I don't know how people are handling both!
