It's not just you. In most areas of this country there are many more nurses available to work than there are job openings, simple as that. If you are serious about finding work, you might have to just as seriously consider moving to a more remote area of the country, somewhere nurses aren't tripping over each other on their way to HR!

Hi, don't give up, keep hitting up job websites everyday and putting your application in. It can be stressful and frustrating but keep working at it! Like previous posters noted, be prepared to look outside of your current location- you may have to commute a longer distance or relocate.
I agree with flyersfan88- make sure to proofread your grammar and spelling in your documents that you're sending out- resume, cover letter and every single thing you type in the application cannot have errors.

I friends I m new grad RN from foreign country and pass nclex on dec11 and didnot get single interview call or any response
is feeling very depressed and sad , is using web everyday to apply for job , I am ready to do wherever like rehab , nursing home ... But didnot get any response, is this happen to me only? Plse help me , some words or tips will be appreciated thank you !!
