It doesn't matter what the units are, the math process is the same. Looks to me like they are testing your ability to apply the process and how you can think critically/logically about a problem.

71.81x2mcg=143.63mcg

143.6 is your answer I think- is that the same as you are getting? If you wanted it in mcg/min, you would just then divide by 60.

The question is correct because you cant have the answer in mcg/kg/min or per hr because you have used the KG portion to solve the problem. Therefore your answer is either in mcg/min or per hr depending on what you want to input.
