What the heck could cause this? This patient feels just fine. How will they treat it? His doctor is sending him home tomorrow and he is to see a hematologist. I can't believe this

hemochromotosis! That is one thing. Your body stores to much iron and it builds up in the organs. It can be genetic.

When I first read this post I was wracking my brains for the name of the genetic condition related to high iron levels. Thanks for doing my thinking for me.
