Can't go into details for another couple weeks or so, but I have to go to court next week. This was always my biggest fear about becoming a nurse. Just keep me in your prayers and if you don't pray, keep me in your thoughts. I will give more info when and if I can. Thanks all.

Good Luck!!

I'm assuming that you have already been working with an attorney, but if you need reassurance, assistance, prep, etc -- go talk to a SANE or Forensic nurse. They do this sort of thing all the time and can provide you with a realistic preview of what is going to happen.

Oh no!!! I'm sorry this happened to you. I will keep my fingers crossed as well. Good luck and let us know that everything went ok. :heartbeat

shay, if this has anything to do w/working inpt hospice, i've been where you are and probably will be again.

so, no matter what happened, i understand...

and know you will be ok.

wishing you strength, faith and much peace to all involved.

Hi Shay,

I'm sorry to hear about this--it can be so distracting and weigh so heavy on your mind. Have you been deposed yet? Rebezemek gave some good advice. All I can add is not to say too much. If the attorney asks a yes or no question just answer yes or no and make them ask for further details. A favorite tactic is to preface a question with "Don't you agree..." and you just have to answer yes or no.

Good luck and just be reassured you will get through this.

Thank you all for your words of encouragement. I just want the next week and a half over, lol.
