I did noticed that they used a small sample size to draw this conclusion. However, is there any (real) evidence that supports this? I have linked the entire news letter below

I'd like to know if this study controlled for nursing experience, hospital size, and staffing levels. Your links don't show that. In fact, no study has ever shown a causal link between degree and outcome.

There have been a myriad of published studies on the topic. As well as pages and pages and pages of lively debate on AN.

Did you try using the AllNurses search function? There is a quite a bit of research posted in the many many posts on the topic.

I couldn't read it. I am pro BSN as entry-level going forward, but of all the things that could be contributing to bad outcomes, this one would be low the list.
