New grad applying to acute floor after just a week working LTC

I am a new grad and just started working at a LTC facilty due to not being able to get a job anywhere at a hospital. Now I'm wondering if this is something that I should put on my applications as my current job or just not list it?

Will that give the wrong impression that they see that I have only been there one week and I'm applying elsewhere?

Put it as your current job. With only a week there they won't count it as experience anyway.

usually won't count it unless its been like 6 months-a year since you've been there. Just put it as your current job, if they ask just tell them.

Yes, you will appear as a job hopper. Don't include any place after one week of employment .. it will only be detrimental to your search.

Now .. if you are stuck there for that magical "year of experience"... then you should include it.

Look at it from a recruiters point of view.

Do NOT put it on your resume. You will look like a job-hopper and they'll wonder if you're going to abandon them when a better offer comes along. Keep work, keep applying, keep the two separate unless you end up being in LTC for a good 9-12 months. THEN you can add it to your resume.
