I Need A Job!!!

I PASSED NCLEX :yeah:!!! I graduate with my BSN on May 17th. I'm starting my Master's program online in August :)

The excitement is bittersweet because I still have not landed a job in Kansas City/Overland Park. There certainly is not a shortage here. I have been offered a position in Oklahoma, but the pay is ridiculous $18.47/hr and they can't be certain I'll get nights & weekends for shift diffs.

I've posted my resume on Monster and Hotjobs. I've applied to all local hospitals and followed up with e-mails and phone calls. I am losing my mind. I thought there was a nursing shortage?

Does anyone know where recruiters are ACTIVELY looking for new graduate nurses? At this point, I don't care where it is on what unit! I'm going to get evicted soon :(

I feel your pain! I'm not getting any offers either and I don't know what to do. I can't get nursing recruiters to return my call and I don't know if they will hire me if I have to wait for the next round of internship hiring.
