72 miles, but 55 of them are freeway miles
Takes me exactly 1 hour, 5 mins. from my driveway to the time clock.
Wished I lived closer but the absolute closest hospital to me is 30 mins. away and it's a 6 bed M/S unit. Next biggest hospital is 45 mins. away and in another state.......
So for me....it's all about driving......

25 minutes by train, wait 5 minutes, the 15-10 minutes by bus.
would be 1.5 hrs if i drove, plus the stress of traffic, the swearing.....Wish i lived 10minutes walk from work

I used to work for an agency. Had to drive an average of 110 miles a day roundtrip. Took me 1 1/4 hours, then add another 20 minutes to find a place to park, which was out on the street. Just recently resigned from agency and am now workiing 7 mile from home. Not only did the job change cut back on gas/wear and tear, but I can leave at the end of Young and the Restless and get there before Dr Phil starts.

17 miles one way. It's a straight shot & the worst traffic is always going the other way. Not a bad drive at all.

Currently, I travel 27.2 miles one way to work. Towards the end of March I start working for another facility. It's closer. It will be a 15.2 mile commute then.

I'm about 15 miles away. There are three 7-minute red lights on the way and numerous regular lights. If I catch all the lights, takes me about 35 minutes to get door to door. If I get all the greens, I'm door to door in 23 minutes flat.
