I've also read it. It is very heart felt isn't it? It makes you remember why we are nurses despite all the BS; it's b/c every once in awhile there will be a patient or family that we will help or touch in some special way that they will always remember or a pt/family that will touch us in some special way:)

Ditto!
I recently bought the Chicken Soup for the Sister's Soul and that's a real tearjerker too! I almost thought about getting a copy for my sister but she HATES to read!
A patient of mine gave me this book as a thank you I started reading it and I couldnt put it down it was soooooooooooooooooooooooooo funny and I could put myself in just about every antidote in the book. I gave it too all my friends as christmas presents and thinking about you gifts.
I wish there was a series of this particular book

I just was wondering how many out there have read this book. I just started reading this book and it just pushes me to keep on keepin' on.....
Anyone else out there who shares this hearfelt book? The stories are bringing non-stop tears to my eyes!! I suppose it doesn't help with my pregnancy hormones either, I cry at commercials, but nonetheless, it seems to be a very good book so far.
Thought I would suggest it for anyone who has been nursing for a while or is studying to be a nurse.
I still have my A&P classes and then I start my nursing courses.
thanks for reading
