FSW spring 2017

Published

Anybody applying for the nursing program at FSW for the spring in 2017? I plan to take my TEAS sometime August or September, does anyone know what the passing score is? And have you finished all your prerequisites and general ed? The only prereqs I have left to do is A&P2, nutrition, and micro. But still have all the general eds left to do. But you don't have to have all the general eds finished before applying right? Sorry, I'm new at this.

Major changed and all registered! Has everyone else's major successfully changed? Now that I'm registered it feels real! :) So excited!

Does anyone know what to put for the banner ID Number on the Handbook Acknowledgment paper we need to submit to castle branch?

I'm pretty sure it's the bucs id number

I'm registered as well!

I am also registered as of yesterday! (:

Im registered too...I hope Pharmacology will be in the classroom this semester!!! did u buy your ATI package yet?

Anybody know where to get titers if you don't have a primary care doctor?

I just called my PCP and they said insurance does not cover for school/work so they priced out the Titer at $100 per test. So $300 for MMR, Chicken Pox and Hep B. Anyone else have this pricing?

I got titers from Lee Memorial Health syst. at cape coral hospital: varicella, rubella, rubeola, mumps : $35 each

call to 239-424-2120 or drop anytime ...Employee health Dep. medical office building-area1, suite 2, 708 del Prado blvd

Appt for tomorrow. How long does it take to get the results back from the titer tests?

Thank you, I was most definitely panicking about this in particular. I do have my share of cost enrollment paperwork, but I called to get a "card" for it, and the office said they don't have cards for it anymore. I was so frustrated. Gonna upload my enrollment paperwork, and if that doesn't work, I'll just hit no for health insurance. Thanks again.

Result for the titers are in 2 days...does anyone already bought the ATI CARP package?
