FSW Nursing Spring 2016

Published

Formerly Edison state college.

Who is planning to enroll in the nursing program for Spring 2016?

So who is joining me? It's going to be a long process and I simply can not wait to get into the nursing program.

I hope to apply into Lee and get. I haven't taken my HESI yet out of nerves, but have to swallow that pill soon in order to apply.

Thank you, everyone!

As for my immunization record, I doubt that my current doctor has it. That would have all been done through my pediatrician many moons ago, and she has since retired. I know I need a tetorifice booster anyway, but the rest I'll have to be tested for to make sure I'm currently immune. Some can indeed wear off after many years, @leanets, then you just have to get a booster for it.

I don't mind doing any of it, I just wish there was more time!

I wish we had more time too! but thank you for the info, i am also going to try my pediatrician too see if they still have my immunization records.

I was indeed able to register already; they had my acceptance letter and change of data form processed within 48 hours.

Nice!

I just registered for my classes in collier. Are they going to drop them because my financial aid is not yet kicked in?

No, you're fine so long as you are approved for financial aid in the Spring, and you've gone in and "accepted" it under the Accept Award Offer tab. If you (or anyone else) need help finding that, let me know and I'll list the steps.

Do you know how that works for Bright futures?

i called the health department and they keep records for about ten years. Your parents had to turn those in to enroll you in school. id suggest calling to find out if they have yours on record

What was the cut off for the point system? What was the lowest score accepted

Unfortunately I don't know how Bright Futures works. It's always best to check with financial aid if you're not sure how something like that works. If you don't have time to go in and meet with someone, you can send them an email. They're pretty good about answering, generally within a day or two.

I would have been enrolled in school in 1976, so probably not...lol

I got into charlotte!! Hope to meet you soon!!!

Congrats see you then.
