hi sorry i havnt gotten back to you its been insane getting ready for the holidays. I saw you did the fb page ill go join! and reebok would be fine ive seen people wearing those. I still have not figure out what im going to get I have had a flare up of plantar fascitis for a few months so im going to bight the bullet and get a brand that helps with that so hopefully since those are the shoes ill be wearing the majority of the time for the next few months maybe my feet will heal in time for sandal weather lol

hi i started a thread awhile ago for charlotte students its under fsw charlotte nursing spring 2016 if you would like to join so we can all communicate easier.

hey its going lol a little overwhelming with the darn shots since I didnt realize that we have to have titers done for some of them to show were immune...and since my mom didnt take me to the dr when i had chicken pox i had to go get that one too! I feel like Ive been pricked more times in the last two weeks than i have in ten years old. On top of that one of my kids messed with my folder i had all my info and paper work in so i had to go hunt down new copies of everything uugghh! lol oh well I did find out through friends that are apart of the program already that you can get any type of white uniform you would like. I ordered a pair on amazon so i just have to buy the patch and have my grandma put it on lol. I was worried they wouldnt get here in time by ordering them through the store. Did you get all the orientations done? Today i have to go finish handing in more paperwork for a scholarship im applying for. I feel like this is my down time but i have been running like crazy with christmas around the corner and four children lol. oh well on bright side im pretty conditioned already for the craziness that is soon to come! I went to my girlfriends pinning ceremony for the graduating nurses and i found out that when we do ours we can have someone close to us be the one to pin us. I didnt cry till this one kid came on stage and his mom was crying as she pinned him. From his bio he wrote im pretty sure she was a single mom who worked really hard to get her son through life! My sister and my other girlfriend who went with us all just started crying lol. Im so excited to start this journey the only thing im really bummed about is that i have an identical twin sister and she is starting as well in the spring but she was accepted to lee. Im bummed we wont be together. I was think of starting a facebook page for our class so we have another way to communicate. Do you want to help me with that?

i called the health department and they keep records for about ten years. Your parents had to turn those in to enroll you in school. id suggest calling to find out if they have yours on record

hi yes with my acceptance letter it stated we had to reply that we accepted the place in 3 day. Than you have to follow the instruction on the certified profile (follow the link in the email). It will take 24 hours to receive the link to do the first part the background with social. Than you have to schedule drug and fingerprints. Each have a link just follow instruction. You have to make appointment for the finger prints. The drug test- if you find location and schedule appointment its easier and you wont have to fill out paperwork bc it will already be done. Take with you the reciept/ confirmation paper it generates for you when you follow the links. Lab corp is open diff hours but only does drug tests certain times of the day. If there is no appointments you can walk in. I went to the santa barbra one and was in and out in ten min. my inbox will not me read messages till i make 15 posts.

Those have to be done by sunday and I dont believe they do the drug tests on Saturdays.

Thank you for all the info! I'm starting to buy all my things for school and clinicals. Are there any must haves or cool accessories that you enjoy. My niece was in the hospital and one of the nurses told me about the white coat clip board so I'm definitely getting one of those! Any helpful study materials that I should know about?
