Who is planning to enroll in the nursing program for Spring 2016?

So who is joining me? It's going to be a long process and I simply can not wait to get into the nursing program.

I hope to apply into Lee and get. I haven't taken my HESI yet out of nerves, but have to swallow that pill soon in order to apply.

Hey ladies I did my CPR course Sat Nov 21 w/Dr. Mary Lewis with a couple girls joining the nursing program charlotte campus 2016 and i forgot to get their number to keep in touch. I think the girls are members of all nurses... Anyways did any ladies get a complete status on the certified profile for immunizations?

That's great (: I signed up for December 19th for CPR with her! I'm focusing on my fall courses right now but I have gotten completes on all my immunizations except for the Hep B. I got all my three shots but I have never done the titer, kind of don't feel like paying 95 dollars just for a positive titer. So I think I'm just going to fill out the declination form although I have all three shots... But I just have the physical which I'm doing December 1st and CPR to go other than that hep b situation. How's everyone else doing? I can't wait to register for classes lol

I also thought oh my after registration; what a price, but hope you all had a very Happy Thanksgiving. (: I'm still getting things situated on my end. I still have to get my physical completed as well as I am awaiting to hear back from my high school concerning some of my Immunization records. I'll give them until Tuesday and if not unfortunately, will just have to make an appointment to get it completed. Where are you all getting your physicals completed?

I got mine from Hamiltons. They take up to a month to come in once you order them. I wanted to go home with some but I'm waiting for them to call and say they are in.

Hey I got my physical done at a walk in clinic off Lee blv. For $30 dollars but that's all I had done no tb test. Still haven't got a chance to order the uniforms but at times find myself day☀️ dreaming of how they'll look on me!

Same here. I'm confused about the uniforms. It says if we have uniforms already that's ok? Anyways besides that where exactly was it that you had the physical done off if Lee? Other than the TB were you're other shots done already when you went ?

In regards to the uniforms Im thinking from a previous class í ½í¸¶ But don't quote me. I had everything completed beside the T-dap/D-tap í ½í²‰í ½í±¶í ¼í¿¾í ½í¸±âš°which is scheduled for Monday and to be honest I'm pretty sure I had it done by florida hospital in Orlando but it's much cheaper for me this way. Urgent and convenient care was the name of the clinic, can't beat it for that price.

Did you have to bring in all your shot records or you just wrote the dates yourself and took it? Do they also take insurance for that?

I was required to bring a copy of the records which I got from the health department. Regarding the insurance no clue, but your insurance should cover a yearly physical. If you had one done earlier this year I'm sure you can use that, contact your primary and let them know your situation. If your planning on using the clinic I mentioned earlier let me warm you from the start the service was terribleí ½í¸.
