FSCJ SPRING 2015

Hello, everyone!

Since no one has started a Spring 2015 for FSCJ Nursing, I thought I would start it. I plan on applying the beginning of September I will take the exam in august. I'm very nervous of course. I have a preq gpa of 2.87 but I have an overall gpa of 3.23. Has anyone heard that FSCJ has changed their entrance exam to the HESI A2? Anyone applying to FSCJ hoping to get accepted for the spring?

With that score is that including the HESI exam as well?

Yes, I'm missing micro, so I have like 77.5 for classes and 100.2 for hesi

Anyone who has already taken the HESI, do they allow a calculator for the math part or just paper and pencil?

There is a calculator, math is the easiest,biology is sorta common sense, reading comp is fairly easy, just study anatomy, and eh I would just look up hesi anatomy study cards! Can you all please post your class score?

I just took the Hesi A2 - I passed, just barely with a 76% but still I passed so I'm trying to stay positive. It's been almost 10 years since I've taken A&P and Biology. So I guess now I'm trying to figure out where I stand in the pack. Anyone else in my situation with the Hesi? What is the scoring that everyone is talking about with their classes, is there a range? what is High and what is Low?

I'm not sure about the high and low, and the hesi is very difficult!

I took the hesi on June 24th because you have to wait 90 days i between taking it, so im gonna take it again September 24th and then turn in my packet that day! Right now with the hesi im at like 177.6 pts. Just sucks because idk really if thats good or not!
