FSCJ SPRING 2015

Published

Hello, everyone!

Since no one has started a Spring 2015 for FSCJ Nursing, I thought I would start it. I plan on applying the beginning of September I will take the exam in august. I'm very nervous of course. I have a preq gpa of 2.87 but I have an overall gpa of 3.23. Has anyone heard that FSCJ has changed their entrance exam to the HESI A2? Anyone applying to FSCJ hoping to get accepted for the spring?

I am really trying to keep my mind occupied, and not think about getting this letter sooner rather than later. Is it me or had the days slowed down. At fist this year was zooming by and now it seems like an eternity until November....

Not to mention I work with one of the first term clinical instructors. Doesn't help much seeing her at work. It's also a good thing too because I can pick her brain by asking her a million and one "what to expect type questions."

I work at St vincents riverside... been there 5 years I have known the instructor for about that long. She doesn't know much about admissions she only know about clinicals and what to expect in the first term.

So what should we expect first term?

I worked at a hospital when I lived in Clearwater like 10 years ago. They had CNA positions specifically for nursing students where you worked either every other weekend or 1 day a week. Does anyone know if hospitals here in Jax have positions like that.
