Hi everyone. This is my first time posting here. I am in the middle of tackling the pre-reqs for FSCJ nursing program. I am really hoping to get into the SPring 2012 program (fingers crossed!!) But I'm a little confused about something.
I will be taking my last two classes in the fall, Micro and AP2. My advisor told me that I can apply for the program while I am taking these classes....my question is, if I apply to the program before the Oct. 1 deadline how will they be able to calculate my points for Micro and AP2 if I have not yet fully completed those classes? Will I have to wait until the next fall program? I am really hoping that is not the case, but I'm thinking my advisor may have given me th wrong information.
Hi all...I'm taking the NAT in one week...so much anxiety already. I have a question ..is it better to guess the answer to a question or to skip it and move on to the next?? Any other info on the NAT will be greatly appreciated. :)
It's better to guess. wrong answers don't count, only correct ones.
I highly recommend this site to get into test-taking mode. Challenge yourself and time yourself (10-15 min for 20 questions)...it will feel like a race against time because the questions never seem to end when you are taking the NAT. The faster you can work through them, the better your chances of getting a higher percentage of correct answers.

NJCheyla....I am applying for the RN program at FSCJ for the Summer Term and have some serious anxiety about the NAT as well! Just wanted to say thanks for the info on the practice test site...greatly appreciated!!

Congrats to all that got in... I am hoping to get in this fall or spring of next year. I am taking the nat today and will be finishing up my last class (micro) in the summer. Anybody got any helpful tips for me??? Do any of you know of a good organized micro teacher to take? This teacher would of course be helpful as well because I ask alot of questions...

****** ******* at Kent campus was hands down the best teacher I have had the entire time I've been at FSCJ. She teaches Micro and A&P. I was really nervous about the class but she literally made science fun! She gives loads of extra credit, it was so easy to get an A!

I am a 2013 hopeful and I see that this thread is rarely updated. I wanted to continue to get feedback from everyone that is trying to get into the Nursing program sometime in 2013.
I am currently in progress with my pre reqs. I have to take Mac1105,Chem1032 and Micro…. Does anyone have any Instructors to recommend?.. Please remember you will have to PM the names due to site restrictions.
Also, I will like to hear how everyone is going with their journey as well. The program info seem to always change and depending on which advisor you speak with you get a different story. :argue:
