I haven't found anything for spring 2014 hopefuls so I wanted to put it out there and meet any other applicants. I am currently taking chem over the summer & I am enrolled in micro for fall. I took my NAT yesterday. I will be applying in Aug for a spring start with 204.32 points. I am hoping to make it in spring rather than having to finish micro and need those points, pushing me back to summer start. Almost 2 years of pre-reqs and sweating it out, it's almost our turn to apply I am stoked!!!
Hello Everybody I'm very new to this site. I have been out of school for quite a while now, but ready to get back. I would like to know what books you guys are using to study for the NAT. I plan to take the NAT before August. Thanks so much .[/quote']Welcome Olukemmy!
I did not use my study guides, I took the test just to see what it was about. Luckily I did well. The information database is so broad its hard to narrow down what to study. that is my opinion. the pre-reqs are the best preparation. My neighbor used this study guide
and found the testing tips useful. Good luck! :)
Are you applying for Spring?
Does anyone know what the cut off score for the fall 2013 class was?Studying for the NAT is pointless. It's way too broad. It's actually not that bad. The spelling portion was brutal but it doesn't even count so it doesn't matter. I plan on retaking it to try to bring up my points.
Fall 2013 hasn't gotten their letters yet, so we wont know until their letters come out.
Hey y'all. I am just about finished with my application process for the spring 2014 program! I have yet to take my NAT but I hope to get it done in the next couple weeks. Also has anyone ever taken the TEAS test? Didn't know if the NAT was similar! And is there anyone who knows if they will take the Pharmacology and Pathophysiology classes I have already taken? I e-mailed someone about it but haven't heard anything back yet! Hope to see everyone soon:)
Hello everyone! I applied for the fall 2013 semester but my chances of getting in is low, because i applied with a 169.96, so I will apply for the spring semester. I will be retaking the NAT sometime soon and hope to do better next time. I am not sure what to use to study for it, because the study guide books from the campus bookstore that i used did not help. Best wishes to you all.

I used 3 study guides for the NAT & i didn't feel any helped me. The information is way too broad. When do you retake the test? Good luck!!

Good luck on your NAT! Hopefully we'll all be meeting sooner than we know. Have you taken your CPR?
