Free Online CEUs

I found several free CEUs online.

It says no charges for these studies.

I havent done any yet, but I intend to.

I dont renew until next year,

and already have alot of credits,

but I just like to make sure Im well prepared.

Just wanted to pass this along, so anyone that wants to can check it out.

RN.com also has free CEU's. They offer one free course per month varying from 1 to 2 contact hours per course.

I tried that one and since you have to pay to join?? Probably can't be considered free. :lol2:

RN.com does cost 24 or 29 a year for unlimited CEU'S. However if you go to their website, they do offer 1 or 2 free courses a month. for instance, this months free couse is Ovarian Cancer for 1 hour.

Also, for those of you who work with Trach's and passy muir valves, http://www.passy-muir.com offers 5 free courses on how to use passy muir valves, pediatric adaptation, using them with ventilators, and others.

you may have to join, such as put in your name and address as you would have to do with every other site, but you dont need to pay to take the free course that they offer.

Well, I was beginning to wonder.

I DID go to the trouble to post it, and give a short description, but it really had me sort of wondering what was going on, as to why I got absolutely no response, but yet, other web sites for CEUs were IMMEDIATELY being discussed. Sort of hurt my feelings.

I may not go to the trouble to post anything else that I might see as a potential benefit to other nurses.

I rarely get any responses to anything I post on this web site, however.
