Scrubs??

You might want to check your syllabus or the paperwork they send you. Our school wants a particular color, and brand. The I would check jasco, a-1scrubs and just do a general search for "cheap scrubs". Also you can sometimes get good deals on ebay.

Oh another thing, you might want to wait till first day of class and ask if anyone left scrubs from the last semester, most of us hate our scrubs and are happy to give them up! I know I will probably leave mine to someone. I hate mine!

I would definitely check with your school.

Both schools I was accepted to have their own uniforms. The school I decided to go to (Rivier) goes through a uniform company in Manchester, and all scrubs are embroidered with the Rivier name, plus we have to have our name tags through them. The other school I'm not going to, just told us that we had to have certain color of scrubs, but no embroidery was needed.

I did not buy my stethoscope, Kelly clamp, watch, shoes, etc. through the uniform place though. I found a better deal at an online store. Saved about $20 on the stethoscope, and $10 or so on the shoes, even with added shipping costs.

If you can wear any scrubs you want - uniformcity.com or allheart.com have some nice scrubs and usually have sales.

Allheart.com has a wide variety of scrubs, and for real cheap. I bought most of my scrubs through there. Good luck :)

We have a special uniform that even has a patch from our school on the sleeve, so be sure to double check what exactly you are supposed to wear! I wish we could wear regular scrubs so we don't stand out like sore thumbs.

I didn't know that Walmart sells scrubs. My grandma told me that she saw them there, but since there is no walmart for atleast 2hrs from where I live, I checked their website to see if they could be ordere. Unfortunately, I didn't find them there on the site, but I think that its worth the trip because Walmart is very affordable. Do their prices differ much compared to online sites?

I'm not real sure about the prices of wal-mart because we don't use regular scrubs for school. Sorry, not much help there but someone else here might know.
