Scrubs??

Hi everyone! I am very excited to be starting nursing school in about 2 more weeks. I was wondering if any of you guys could give me some ideas as to where you buy your scrubs and what are the cheapest places to purchase them? Thanks a bunch :kiss

We probably have the most itsy-bitsy Wal-mart in the country, and they don't sell scrubs.

I see that some of the online places have great sales on scrubs that are "out of season" like Halloween and Christmas prints.

I agree with checking with your program first. My schol has certain places to buy them from. One is from the school itself or we can go to JCPenny. Those are the only 2 places we can buy our scrubs from.

I love the walmart scrubs. Not much selection, but they last forever for sure. Anyhow my hospital is changing to uniforms (royal blue for nurses) with the hospital name embroidered on them. I actually like the idea....so all my scrubs that I love so much will be going to goodwill or I'll sell them on ebay or maybe even sleep in them, who knows. Anyhow, I'll miss my freedom of speech but love knowing that every day doesn't matter what I wear as long as it is clean and so am I. Have a good one, enjoy that new nursing student excitement.

Definitely check your program. We don't have to wear a certain color - I'm lucky I know I'm actually a fan of scrubs and beyond. They always have free shipping - yea! I just placed an order and I paid less than on stuff from allheart. Plus they have cute scrubs - the other places are so boring sometimes!
