They were hoping to get them out by this coming week (second week of April), but said it may be later due to a high volume of applicants as they had received over 300 as of two weeks prior to the deadline.

Wow that's crazy high volume/ how many they are interviewing though? 90 and accept 45?

96 and accepting 45, yeah

Yeah...I've done about 6 interview sessions with programs across the country in the last month or so and they've all reported an extremely high number of applications this year, all in excess of 300, with some closer to 500.

Just got an email saying to expect a letter the week of April 22nd. Over 500+ applications submitted. Fingers crossed!

Same, thinking I was getting an interview but it turned into a "yeah probably not" with 500-600 applications.

Yeah curious if this is some anomaly for this year or if this is the new norm for CRNA schools (3-7% acceptance rates)

I know interview is going to be on May 9th and 10th if selected. Is it going to be the whole full two days though? Or if they are going to let us pick one day? Anybody has any insights?
