I agree. This is why I've been so stressed about it. Not sure how we're supposed to showcase our knowledge/skills while everyone's getting evaluated simultaneously. Especially if everyone's trying to be a leader.

If it's a case that need to be resolved collectively I am thinking they'd be assigning roles? That's what would make the most sense to me, because each stations usually between 5-10mns. They gonna have to make it a way where it will remained organized for us to be able to solve it in the time frame.

My take is the entire interview process, whatever that may include, will be conducted in groups and there will be no individual components.

That makes sense. Anyone scheduled for Thursday morning? I feel like I am the only one scheduled for the first day LOL

Totally agreed! Whoever is the leader is going to be the most advantaged. 😞 sadly not everybody can be a leader unless they specifically saying that each person can only be a leader once.

I'm just wondering if we need to bring our stethoscope?

I think if there are 4 stations and they do groups of 4, then everyone gets to lead at least once.

Yes after the first year, per a student who graduated a couple years ago that I know

Do you guys think there will be an individual portion of the interview, where they ask personality and experience-based questions? Or will it all be clinical and group based?

I have a strong feeling they will.

I'm not sure.  I do know some programs, such as Rosalind Franklin, do group personality questions. I feel like there will be more to it than just the scenarios, but with 24 people per time slot (4 slots, 96 invites) I don't think they'll have the ability to do things individually. I wouldn't doubt if there's a more traditional interview portion outside of the sim lab, but still done in a group setting.

My interview is on the 10th and the time says 1:20-6:00... are we going to be there the entire time ?
