My interview was a variety of questions about my leadership, volunteering, research and ICU experience. They were very nice and made me feel at ease. It was more of a conversation instead of an interview.
Same experience here!! I enjoyed the interview. UM made me a nervous. It wasn't like that.
Good luck to you Jenna! They said they're just making sure we're not robots ? so I think I covered that part! ? Fingers crossed for us ??

They did say flat out that the selection process is really based off of numbers and their scoring rubric for the points that they give each person and the top 45 scores are the ones that get selected.

They seemed nice, but they seemed more interested in my ICU years and the type of ICU experience I had. I also got the questions about volunteering and leadership as well as current situations in the world of anesthesia. Overall I feel...blah about it ?, but not too terrible. Just wish I would have sold myself a bit more.

I honestly feel blah about it too. It was just rapid fire of questions honestly. I feel like I wasn't able to showcase anything LOL

I agree with this. I feel like they didn't ask much about me just why FIU, why am I a good fit for FIU, if I had any volunteer experience and they even asked me if I shadowed a CRNA and that threw me off so I rushed my clinical question. Overall, I feel Meh about it as well ?

Agreed. The closest question I got to anything pertaining to me is what makes me resilient enough to be a successful CRNA.
