Hey guys! So I'm super nervous about applying to FIU because I don't think my GPA is all that great. :/ I didn't do well my first semester there so that brought my GPA doooown. Currently I have a 3.6 overall and a 3.5 science (which is really bad...I finished all of my science classes last semester). Hopefully by the end of this spring semester my overall will be at a 3.7. I do not have volunteer hours but I have been shadowing at a hospital (which I prefer because I had a bad experience volunteering lol). I'm taking the TEAS at the end of this month and I'm studying super hard for it right now >__<. if you guys have any good study tips on how to do well the teas that would be greatly appreciated too for those already in program or graduated from what think my chances are advice is great thank so much>

Do you guys know when we will be able to register/enroll for classes?

Sorry again guys but I have another question! How can I do the drug screening? I know I have to visit the fiu express website but idk what to do >___

You click place an order on complio and then input all that bsn-> student stuff and then load the packages. Choose 10 Panel Paperless Drug Screen (1st one), NOT the one with alcohol that says ORDER ONLY IF REQUESTED BY OUR PROGRAM. Do NOT choose that one. DO NOT lol.

The drug test you schedule on complio. Check their hours so you can go immediately.

The FBI fingerprint is the last option and they send you an e-mail on where/how to schedule an appointment.

BSN Generic -> Student -> Fall 2015

3) Packages

Everything is green is what we need. If you have worked you have to do the Employment Verification, if you have never worked fill out the waiver on complio.

Does anyone know if you should fill out 2 TB Forms if you have to get it done twice?

@arashiexo Did you get instructions on how to schedule the fingerprint yet? You can also click on background screening and click on "FIU Nursing Student VECHS".

For the PPD or Annual TB Form? I am negative so I just uploaded the PPD results (they were both on different papers) and it gave me a yellow "!". So I'm still waiting as it is the weekend. I guess If you have your results on one paper just choose it again.

Yeah you can scan it or you can just take a pic of it with your phone, crop it and upload it to your computer then log in to complio and upload it onto where it says "Upload Documents". Upload the back and front for those.

For the steps to schedule fingerprint click background screening tab and it should be under service forms, you can see here. Download the VECHS form and a pdf should pop up where it shows you step by step. You schedule the appointment on a different site. Did you check your FIU e-mail?

So the fingerprinting for me costs $55 :/ I can't find the one that costs $122 >__
