FIU Fall 2016 Generic BSN

Hey guys! Is anyone here applying for the Generic BSN program for Fall 2016? I couldn't find any topics for it.

I'm in the process of applying right now and I just took the TEAS V today! I'm content with my score, but I may retake it. I hope that with my TEAS V score, my GPA, and my extracurricular activities combined that have a good chance of getting accepted into the program!

My stats are:

Science GPA: 4.0

GPA: 3.96

TEAS V Cumulative score: 79.3%

Reading portion: 83.3% unfortunately I ran out time on this one and had to blindly guess on two questions!

Math portion: 66.7% such a bad score for me! I had to guess on like 5 questions because I wasn't keeping track of time!

Science: 81.3% I'm so relieved with this score. I was so scared that I wouldn't pass the 62% mark. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be!

English and Grammar: 83.3 % It was an okay section, a couple of tricky questions. I had like 3 questions on how a word is spelled correctly and those get confusing when two of them look like the right answer!

I would love to hear from anyone else who is also applying for the Fall 2016!

Im a transfer from MDC

I always forward my school emails to my personal email so I'm not sure which it was sent to originally, but I am pretty sure it was my personal since that's what I put on my application :)

ahhh I know right!! I'm already checking out the open classes for the fall semester even though I have yet to send in my final transcripts... gotta get on that!

Lol! Way ahead of you. I already have my classes in the shopping cart. Waiting for orientation to enroll. But I'm 99% sure that they pick our schedules for us. We're either in sec 1 or sec 2. And each section has a different schedule. But we won't find out until after orientation.

dang that would kinda stink though if they were the ones to choose all of our classes for us man... kinda hoping to dodge all those 7am classes lol

don't worry guys i'm sure that they will send out more emails later. Last year they sent out acceptance emails up until the end of May. like the 29th...(according to previous posts on here from 2015). and the earliest some have gotten accepted last year were early May.
