Hey guys! Is anyone here applying for the Generic BSN program for Fall 2016? I couldn't find any topics for it.
I'm in the process of applying right now and I just took the TEAS V today! I'm content with my score, but I may retake it. I hope that with my TEAS V score, my GPA, and my extracurricular activities combined that have a good chance of getting accepted into the program!
My stats are:
Science GPA: 4.0
GPA: 3.96
TEAS V Cumulative score: 79.3%
Reading portion: 83.3% unfortunately I ran out time on this one and had to blindly guess on two questions!
Math portion: 66.7% such a bad score for me! I had to guess on like 5 questions because I wasn't keeping track of time!
Science: 81.3% I'm so relieved with this score. I was so scared that I wouldn't pass the 62% mark. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be!
English and Grammar: 83.3 % It was an okay section, a couple of tricky questions. I had like 3 questions on how a word is spelled correctly and those get confusing when two of them look like the right answer!
I would love to hear from anyone else who is also applying for the Fall 2016!
And yes sure, I had a 3.89 GPA when I applied, now it went up to a 3.91 cumulative, 4.0 science. 225 hours and my teas 83.3 science and 82.7 overall.. but i had to retake it cause the first one i had like a 70 overall and 68 in science.
Oh ok! I think it's because they still have to go through final transcripts from transfer students... I'm sure you'll be fine (: I have a friend that is also a transfer student and she hasn't received anything yet either.
Did everyone get emails or was it just FIU students?
