Hey guys! Is anyone here applying for the Generic BSN program for Fall 2016? I couldn't find any topics for it.
I'm in the process of applying right now and I just took the TEAS V today! I'm content with my score, but I may retake it. I hope that with my TEAS V score, my GPA, and my extracurricular activities combined that have a good chance of getting accepted into the program!
My stats are:
Science GPA: 4.0
GPA: 3.96
TEAS V Cumulative score: 79.3%
Reading portion: 83.3% unfortunately I ran out time on this one and had to blindly guess on two questions!
Math portion: 66.7% such a bad score for me! I had to guess on like 5 questions because I wasn't keeping track of time!
Science: 81.3% I'm so relieved with this score. I was so scared that I wouldn't pass the 62% mark. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be!
English and Grammar: 83.3 % It was an okay section, a couple of tricky questions. I had like 3 questions on how a word is spelled correctly and those get confusing when two of them look like the right answer!
I would love to hear from anyone else who is also applying for the Fall 2016!
I am too but nothing is working lol. If they are going to accept me in the end than its okay to wait but if I'm just going to get denied I rather know so I don't waste time and go crazy!
Lol! Same here guys. I wanna call them to find out if they're still sending out acceptance emails but I'm too scared to hear the answer lmao.
Did you guys apply to any other schools? I applied to NOVA and got accepted, but it's so expensive and takes longer. I also plan on applying to a school in Texas. I really want to get accepted into FIU though!!!
USF is my only other plan on the side, and I haven't even applied yet. Their deadline is June 1st. I am trying to hold off applying to them, but it seems I will have to if I do not get a response in a few days. If all fails I'll apply to Nova, but itll be highly ironic seeing I declined acceptance for Spring to get into FIU for fall.
Yeah same applied to nova like last week lol! I have An Orlando school that I got accepted into but it's not exactly my first choice and plus it's expensive! My family lives In Miami so It would be a lot cheaper than staying in Orlando! But dude I'm not afraid to call. Like I'm going to insane if I don't hear back by this Wednesday or thursday
