Honey, it's over and done with... you might as well exhale!
I know that the number of questions one gets is rather inconsequential, but I think that if you failed at 75, you'd know it. Everyone I know that had 75 questions has been successful. I think you have to assume that your program prepared you well for this test.
I honestly know how you feel. I took my NCLEX on July 30, had 75 questions and had absolutely no idea how I did. In fact, I was so happy to have it behind me, I was already preparing for taking the exam again. I didn't want to have to do that, but at least I'd know a bit more about what to expect! Two days later, I found out I passed and I am so thankful that I will never have to do it again. I know that will be true for you, too!
Wishing you the best of luck in your career!
question, i took my ncelx last aug 6, haven't received my results yet through snail mail. and i don't know how to do the TRICK. can anyone teach me how do to it?!! please
Please take the time to read the Pearsonvue 'trick' thread all information is on there. Takes on average 4-6 weeks to wait for snail mail depending on where it is being mailed to

I just finished my NCLEX exam. 75 questions, some difficult, others extremely hard. Over 8 SATA (stopped counting) and 2 med calculation. I honestly don't know how I did. I am aware that 75 could means I did well or horribly bad. I need a Xanax!
