This is a really good quiz that has a bunch of possible specialty results. My results were on point, psychiatric nurse practitioner first, developmental disabilities nurse second, nurse manager 3rd, and domestic violence nurse 4th :).

I've actually seen an add for a job with an HIV/AIDS clinic and activity center. The description sounded pretty cool. Check indeed for postings with that in the title. Or check the forums here under specialties, I'm sure there's something.

Mine said domestic violence nurse. I didn't know that was a thing. I want to be SANE certified when I grow up.

My first option was certified nurse midwife, which is what I actually want to be! So, pretty accurate.
