Have you tried the Pomodoro Technique of studying? 25min study, 5min break, 25min study, 5min break, 25min study, 15-30min break and then repeat. I find it really helpful for keeping my ADHD brain focused, since I know I get a break every 25mins. Maybe you could do a round of micro, then a round of chem, and switch back and forth?
That the concept I've been working since I have 4 finals and a practical. I've been doing 2 hrs. per subject then rinse and repeat for the past 2 weeks. My breaks are sporadic just when I feel myself getting antsy then I'll break gets some to snack on see what’s going on AN. I have Anatomy, Human growth, Med terms and Math. I’ve been studying for my practical and finals since the beginning of Thanksgiving break I had skeletal this past Tuesday and Muscle this Tuesday which kicks off finals week.

I guess I've been dedicating too much time to one subject and it's giving me anxiety lol.

This is how I study. Research actually shows that studying for short amounts of time and taking short breaks is the best way to retain the information that is studied.
I have 5 this week. Got my first couple done. My micro was hard. Hoping I did well. Differentiating between all those bacterium and how each one affects the body was crazy. Knowing exactly what strain of ecoli is deadly. But I made it through and will hopefully get my grade soon. My big anatomy one is on Thursday. I have to get an A to maintain my A. I am so nervous.

I have a final on wednesday(micro) and thursday(chemistry). What are some ideas/tips to study for both evenly? :/ The past two nights of studying I've been working on micro with a goal in mind of where to stop and switch to study the other subject but I'm just finding that I don't move on to the next subject because I get caught up in the material and run out of time. How do you guys split time evenly to prepare for two exams the same wk?
