February 2015 Medical City Internships

Hi all!

Well, it's that exciting time many of us have been waiting for. Medical City has posted its Feb 2015 internships and I heard from the recruiting office that they have over 100 applicants for the main hospital. I think the children's hospital has already begun interviewing but I don't know for sure. I applied for the critical care internship a week ago and haven't heard anything yet. If you're sitting with your fingers crossed feel free to comment below what you want and where you're at in the process and good luck to everyone!

Hello! I am jumping on this thread since I don't see one for summer internships. I am starting an oncology internship on 7/10, but I came in pretty late and I don't know much about what I need or what to expect. I am hoping they send out more information soon. Do any of you have more information on what is happening or are we all in the same holding pattern?

This may be a bit premature and probably should be on a new thread, but is anyone applying for the winter (January 2015) new nurse grad residency/internship program for medical city children's? Or does anyone have any information about it? How many people usually apply and how many get accepted? I know it always depends on the needs of the unit but I was wondering for just a general estimation. Any info at all would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I just got hired at Medical City for an internship in the ICU. Anyone have any comments about Medical City Dallas for a new grad?
