Is it too early to start a thread like this? LOL

I'll be finishing up my pre-requisites this fall, and then applying in the spring for the Summer 2010 session. I still need to study for the NAT and actually take the exam and take a CPR course. I'm considering getting my CNA and trying to find work in healthcare to get my foot in the door.

I am so nervous about the whole process, nervous about whether I should try to work and go to school, and especially nervous if this is something I can handle. I am afraid of all the responsibility.

Anyone else planning for next Summer? What is your process looking like, what are your thoughts/feelings?

Was it you first choice?

I was #24 so it was my first choice. Hospital is close and most of the teachers are good. Not so sure about the clinical teacher since her name wasnt on ratemyprofessors.

Denial, 123 out of 385, 27 away from happiness, or panic!!!:eek:

still am sitting on an "A" in micro, so if I keep that up, I will have 207.64 for the fall

Congrats!!! I was coming home to hurry and post this to you! I was in orientation today (SJRCC) and there was a girl beside me that was accepted into FSCJ and declined her seat by the accept/decline deadline!!! I thought you were next in line???? Anyway, glad someone ELSE declined so you could get in!!! She said she had 220 POINTS :eek: !!!!

This was cross-posted on the "accepted summer thread" but I was wondering if anyone is working full-time and doing n/w classes? I can't decide if I should take the n/w spot or wait until the fall when I can just go to school full-time and not work...
