TO EVERYONE WHO BOUGHT THEIR UNIFORMS ALREADY:
1) Can we be our own khakis, or do they have to be from the meridy website?
2)under the pants section theres 3 types of pants, do we have to get all three or PICK between the 3?
3)I kinda want to get the Kswiss for my shoe, but they only have them in Men sizes, do you think its ok for the woman to wear them too?
anyway, I just wanted to clarify those before I put my order in... thanks!

We are lucky that we get to start in January, that gives us about a month after orientation to prepare for our first exam on the first day of school! Fall term only had two weeks to prepare!

Yes I ordered my stethoscope as well! I ordered the litmann cardiology III off of allheart.com and I also paid the extra 9.99 to get it engraved with my name! The stethoscope + engraving + shipping cost me $164.47 its a good investment and this is the stethoscope that the profs reccommend!

Hey Girl It's me!
Okay, I know the answer to this question, first hand!!! Unless things have changed sitnce August!!! I took English back in 1992 and got a "C". I wanted to retake the class since it was over 10 years ago that I first took it. I went down and met with my advisor who told me that she couldn't do. (I heard of another girl that said she DID retake a class over from 10+ years ago). I told the advisor that it must be possible since I had a friend that did it. I left. She called me 2 days letter. She said that my question went all the way to the President of the college. The President sent out memos to ALL staff saying, per Florida requirements, that if you took a class previously and earned a grade of "C" or better, you MAY NOT retake the class. I called two other colleges to verify, and they told me the same thing. She did tell me that if you DID have two grades for one class (I don't know how you'd do that since it's a state policy), that they will take the LAST attempt grade. No matter if the grade is better or worse than your first attempt at the class.
I was really bummed, for two reasons! One, I was stuck with the C and the other reason I was bummed was because I didn't have a english class since 1992 and now I had to take english II!!!! Anyway, I hope that helps! But, if I were you, I would STILL go down to the campus and ask! Who knows, maybe you will talk to the same lady my friend talked to and get to retake the class,

Thanks for the info-- I am going to go ahead and take statistics which I don't know what I am asking for- math is my WORST subject , but I have to try and get an "A" and retake the Nat, which if I do all of that hopefully I will be able to get in for fall. I am going to apply for summer too, but that is without the class, so I don't know, just grasping at straws I guess!! Hope you are well and I will talk to you later!!!

Going to the Northside Medical Clinic in the AM to get my physical, tdap shot and ppd. I wish that you could get your results for the ppd the same day! I think I still have to wait until Wed to get my results from the titers! I am ready to turn all my paperwork in NOW so I can stop worrying about it!!!

Northside Medical clinic will not have a doc all week so no physicals can be done there on my way to solantic for my physical!

Northside Medical Clinic told me to go to Medical Express off of Salisbury Rd, they use the same doctors and are the same price for the physical! Heading there at 1! Anyone checked on the skills sets?
